At the moment, we accept Paypal only.

Paypal is safe and easy to use.

You do not need a Paypal account in order to purchase, as you can pay with your credit card through the Paypal website.

Orders will be fulfilled once payment is received.

 

Shipping

 

All orders will have tracking information, which is emailed to the customer as soon as it ships.

We are not responsible for the items lost or stolen during the shipment period,

as well as for any delays that may occur with your package delivery.

Please take into consideration- Shipping time is only an estimate time and since we are dealing with international shipments it may be subject to customs and/or postal delays.

Please note, all items are one-of-kind made. We give as many details about each item as possible with strong hope that you will be happy with your purchase.

If you're in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, simply let us know by emailing us within 10 days of delivery.. We will solve it for you as soon as possible.

We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with every transaction. So please contact us first to get a better solution.

Nevertheless, In case if no solution is found and you decide to proceed with return please, mail the garment(s) back to us in its original unworn condition within one weeks of receiving it.


Hassle-Free Returns

 

We recommend using a first class or priority mail option with a tracking number to ensure the package’s safe arrival. Please be mindful that we wouldn’t be able to assist with the mailing expense you incur to mail the garment(s) back to us and wouldn’t provide a return label.

• Your return/exchange must be placed in the mail within 10 days of receipt.

• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Necessary removal of excessive hair or other particles will incur an additional processing charge of $10. If the garment(s) are received damaged or in non-resale condition, we would be only able to provide store credit.

• Merchandise must have all tags attached.

• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will reimburse you within 5 business days of receiving your return

Original shipping charges as well as the shipping charges incurred by you to mail the garments back to us are non-refundable.
